What you’ll do:

As an Network Engineer, you will be responsible for your site and will be responsible for working closely with the business and fellow engineers to implement and maintain critical infrastructure elements as well as day to day support to meet our operations present and future business needs. Besides your day-to-day activities, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to get involved in projects and innovate. You will be a key part of a multinational team and thrive in delivering high-quality results and always be on the lookout for improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

• Possess experience and proficiency in collaboration and telephony technologies, including Microsoft Teams, Asterisk, CUCM, CUBE, MGCP, H.323, SIP, UCCX, CUP, and UCS.
• Design, configure, and maintain telephony systems, such as PBX and VoIP solutions.
• Manage SIP trunks, phone lines, and extensions.
• Implement Quality of Service (QoS) for voice traffic.
• Maintain Cisco ASA and FTD Firewalls
• Configuring and installing routers, Cisco wireless controllers & switches, firewalls, load balancers.
• Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
• Meraki cloud management SDWAN Solution.
• Cisco FMC Administration .
• Windows, linux Server build and Management
• Zabbix and netflow management and Monitoring
• Azure cloud server and virtual network management.
• Strong knowledge of network security technologies, including IDS/IPS, ASA,NGFW, VPN encryption etc.
• Ability to manage and support IT support team build and deployment infrastructure.
• Manage ISP lines and keep track .
• Support various Infrastructure hardware/license procurement and keep track.
• Provide end user training and help other team members with technical training
• Able to work independently and a team player, high competency in multi-tasking and ability to manage multiple engagements in parallel
• 24/7 operation support On-Site or On-premise.
• Expert in Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including switches, wireless controllers routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP.
