Position: Head of Department (HOD) – Primary level

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the department to ensure that excellent teaching and learning can take place.
2. Develop and manage the delivery of curriculum plans in accordance with the academic standards of the school.
3. Coach and support teachers in the department based on their individual need to enable them to continue to develop as a professional.
4. Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback that will contribute to the academic development of students.
5. Communicate with parents effectively and attend/participate in school activities.
6. Ensure the academic lifestyle and success of all students in the department.

Eligibility Criteria:

– Minimum 2 years working experience in the UAE in relevant subject experience.
– Bachelor of Arts (3-Year regular program) in the relevant subject.
