WORQ Coworking Space

Talent Acquisition Specialist Jobs In Dubai

About WORQ:

So here’s the deal. WORQ is not just another office space company -they’re changing the whole game with coworking space, a buzzing app community space, and enterprise offerings. They’re well backed (in case you haven’t heard of them and are living under a rock- Cradle, 500 Startups, team members from Goldman Sachs and Temasek… not a big deal), and they have won tons of awards. Honestly, their award shelf must be struggling to stand upright. Best Coworking Space in Malaysia, multiple Member’s Choice awards, and they have trialed more than 281 companies from 100,000 sqft of space. Collaboration? Let’s just say, if there is a how to guide in Malaysia, WORQ probably has a chapter.

What’s wild is how fast they’ve grown without flaming out—solid enough that even the old-school banks are throwing loans their way. Surviving COVID and pulling off a third round of funding? That’s some serious hustle. WORQ’s got this big, bold vision about making people thrive by working together, and they’re dead set on making it happen. But, real talk—they can’t pull it off solo. That’s where you come in.

The Gig: Talent Acquisition Specialist

So you think you can spot awesome people? We want someone who understands hiring is about finding someone who meshes with the team, and the mission, not just filling a seat. You will be the matchmaker, the recruiter, the first face they see when they think, “WORQ“. If you love connecting people, thrive on a challenge, and want to help shape a place where the weird and wonderful can come to work — this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Actually Do:

Strategic Recruitment Stuff:

– Team up with HR to cook up recruitment game plans that fit where WORQ’s headed.
– Be the go-to person on all things hiring—if someone’s lost, you’re the GPS.
– Help figure out what kind of talent WORQ needs now and down the road.

Full-Cycle Recruitment (it’s a thing):

– Run the show from job posting all the way to offer—sourcing, interviews, the lot.
– Be Sherlock Holmes: dig into resumes, suss out who’ll fit the culture, not just the skills.
– Coach hiring managers through interviews (and maybe rein them in if they go rogue).
– Keep the hiring process rolling smoothly in their Applicant Tracking System (you’ll get cozy with it).

Building the Talent Pipeline:

– Don’t just wait for resumes, get out there! Network, use social, hit up events, whatever it takes.
– Keep track of great people even if they are not looking at the moment. You just don’t know when you will need them.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:

– Make sure every candidate walks away thinking, “Wow, those WORQ folks are on it.

– Team up with the People Division to cook up cool stuff that shows off company culture—videos, stories, memes, you name it.
– Keep the company looking like the hottest ticket in town.

Offer Time & Negotiation:

– Hand out offers, dive into the classic “so, what’s your number?” chats, and yeah, brace yourself for the awkward salary dance.
– Team up with your manager to make sure pay and perks aren’t stuck in the Stone Age—and actually stack up.
– Get everyone synced about start dates, what’s expected, all that nitty-gritty, so nobody’s left guessing.

Onboarding & Getting Settled

– Team up with HR and actually make it an experience—none of that stiff “welcome aboard” nonsense. Make your new hires feel like they’re joining a crew, not just getting dumped into some endless group chat.
– Don’t just disappear after the intro. Check in, see how they’re doing (and not just in that “let me know if you need anything” fake way). Help ’em out before they get swallowed by Slack chaos or start dreading that awkward “got a minute?” message.

Data, Data, Data:

– Keep good records of what’s going on in hiring land.
– Pull some reports (don’t worry, you won’t drown in spreadsheets).

Sound like your kind of chaos? If you’re ready to help build a place where people don’t just work—they WORQ—hit us up.
