WE ARE HIRING HR EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee all HR operational and Recruitment functions end-to-end and including onboarding and hiring documents to exit formalities. So, basically, I keep all the employee info up to date—HRIS, files, you name it. I also wrangle payroll, attendance, and leave stuff, making sure nobody gets shortchanged or left hanging. It’s gotta be done right and on schedule, or people get cranky real fast.. Assist in performance management process making use of data analytics to provide insight, suggest actions, and explore opportunities with compliance to company policies. Respond to employee queries or grievances and provide HR support for daily HR operations. Collaborate in drafting HR policies and standard operating procedures with compliance related to labour laws, EOBI, social security etc. Collaborate with different departments to achieve seamless HR operations and process improvement. Provide support in training, engagement activities, and preparing HR reports for management.

What they really want: A Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in HR, Business, or something along those lines—extra bonus points if you completed the torture of PU, LUMS, LSE, GCU, UET, FCCU, or FAST. A year (or three) of HR experience is ideal (preferably some variety of HR) You’ll need to be familiar with HR operations, payroll, compliance stuff if you are crafty with Microsoft Excel (I mean real pivot tables, not highlight green cells). If you have at least glanced at HRIS/HRMS platforms, that’s great! And if you have worked with Power BI or other data visualization tools, that’s a gold star. This organization is looking for human-to-human communication, able to keep things in order, will make smart decisions, and seriously, are able to keep secrets and aren’t blabbermouths.
