𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Completes full supervision of defined areas.
Responsible for maintaining visual merchandising in accordance to company standards.
Responsible for ensuring increased sales & increased customer experience.
Train Workers regularly.
Train new hires on the companies expectations, policies, standards & procedures regarding the goods provided – from handling a bad customer experience to appropriate methods for developing relationships with consumers.
Lead and supervise the team & sections under a department.

4 to 6 years of experience at an established fashion retail company in a 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 position or similar.
Minimum Graduation.
Must have excellent communication, people and leadership skills.
An ideal candidate will have a problem solving, confident & energetic personality.
