Shift Leader – Front Desk position at Pearl-Continental Hotels & Resorts.
What they are looking for:
Oversee front desk staff to ensure guests receive professional and efficient service.
Oversee arrival of VIPs and special accommodations including room and amenity assignments.
Assist with group check-ins and ensuring housekeeping reports of discrepancies are followed up on.
Review billing instructions roughly ten days before arrival and review credit and over credit limit reports on pre-arrival’s close with director of finance.
Keep front office area tidy and professional with standards for employee grooming and maintenance of supplies at an adequate level.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Candidates from a hospitality background will be preferred.
