WE’RE HIRING Internal Audit Executive
We’re looking for someone sharp—like, really into the nitty gritty—to join our team as an Internal Audit Executive. You would be the detective, snooping around to see if we ran things right, if we conformed to policy, and making sure we’re not wasting money on dumb things. You will be auditing our controls and processes, identifying risks, highlighting weaknesses in operations, and helping us tighten the whole thing up. If you love fixing things that seem weird and you’re not afraid to search for what’s broken (or weird), this is your place.

Qualification Required: Bachelor’s degree in finance (Master’s preferred).
Experience Required: 2-3 Years experience. At least 1 Years in similar capacity

Key Responsibilities:

Sniff out the really big, organization-specific risks (the stuff that could actually bring the house down).

Whip up some audit plans that actually tackle those risks—oh, and don’t forget all those compliance headaches and whatever the business cares about right now.

Hash out exactly what you’re trying to achieve, where you’re poking around, and how you’re gonna do it. No sense in wandering around blind.

Dig in, grab the evidence, obsess over the data, and jot down what you find—even those sketchy details you almost wish you hadn’t uncovered.

Write up reports that don’t just drone on. Lay out the juicy findings, the major risks, and some no-nonsense advice on what needs fixing.

Throw out recommendations that actually make sense, so people stand half a chance at improving their controls. Maybe, just maybe, things won’t implode next time.

And yeah, help keep the financial and operational processes from turning into a dumpster fire by making sure they aren’t totally off the mark compared to what the industry expects.
