Position : Learning & People Development Executive

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Oversees TNA, training calendars, and management of L&D budgets.
• Implements and assesses all training programs and trainer effectiveness.
• Manages onboarding, leadership programs, and interim assessments of trainees.
• Conducts audits, spot checks, and checking for compliance.
• Assists in the distribution of HR and L&D policies across departments.QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Training, Human Resources Business Administration or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
