Merchandising Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinating efficiently with clients to confirm product development meets their seasonal expectations.
• Develop and deliver to a detailed product strategy in line with customer processes and business growth.
• Review customer plans and provide transferred development ranges to internal stakeholders in line with the development needs of the business.
• Responsible for seasonal sampling across multiple product categories and update customers on timing, costs, etc.
• Support planning and sampling teams for seamless production and address customer questions.

Requirements:

• A master’s degree in business administration or a relevant credential.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in reputable companies.
• Good knowledge of the textile industry.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
