Job Requirements:

Got a Bachelor’s in Marketing or, honestly, anything close to it? Perfect. Maybe you just graduated, or you’ve racked up, what, six months tops doing biz dev stuff in insurance or business banking? That works.
If you’ve ever hustled in targeted sales, dealt with cranky customers, or managed to make relationship-building look easy, well, that’s a big plus. Gotta have killer people skills, know how to talk your way through a negotiation without sweating, and actually enjoy fixing problems that pop up outta nowhere.
Oh, and yeah, being able to wrangle MS Office like a pro is pretty much non-negotiable.
