POSITION
Assistant Manager Curriculum & Training (Primary)

LOCATION
Regional Office – Karachi

QUALIFICATION
Masters in Education or equivalent

EXPERIENCE
At least 4-6 years of experience in developing, managing, and implementing curriculum and teaching at the Primary level.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is accountable for contributing to the development and design of the curriculum for Primary level, overseeing its effective implementation, and developing trainings/workshops/daily lesson plans/scheme of work/assessments to support relevant stakeholders with the intent of improving students’ learning outcomes while adhering to company policies, and academic processes and guidelines.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Skilled in the English Language.
• Skilled in MS Office software.
• Educational philosophies (learning theories regarding how children learn).
• Content-specific knowledge of the disciplines until designated grade level.
• Expert knowledge of Primary curriculum’s design, implementation, and evaluation.
• Professional knowledge of all subject approaches, assessments, test/measurement principles, plagiarism, instructional design, and development.
• Understanding of blended learning.
• Designing and implementing training.
