What your typical day will look like

• Manage and oversee the sales force at the store to meet sales goals and corporate objectives.
• Maintain the brand’s service standards and make sure that exceptional customer service is provided.
• Oversee inventory control, including replenishment, loss prevention, and stock levels.
• Keep the store looking nice, follow brand guidelines, and follow business rules, regulations, and operating standards.
• Make sure that every employee has a safe, secure, and effective work environment.

What you need to succeed at this role

• Bachelor’s degree with sales and customer service expertise
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop sales teams
• Commitment to a safe, secure, and customer-friendly environment
