Job Title: Senior Officer- Commercial – Coal Mining Industry

Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and skilled person to be a part of our Tharparkar team. Being the Senior Officer, Commercial you will have the principal charge of handling the commercial side through coal mining activities. Besides, you will be taking care of contracts, negotiations, and procurement and at the same time ensure that the company complies with regulatory requirements. Your knowledge and experience will surely help us to achieve our goals and expand our activities in the area.

Responsibilities:

The Assistant Manager Commercial is required to support the Manager in the execution of his daily work. Basic data to be organized and summarized.
Responsible for the management of the company’s materials and service contracts, participating in drafting the related contract texts (both in Chinese and English), negotiating the contracts and signing them.
Carry out the procurement plan as per the actual situation.
Help with the implementation of other duties as instructed by the superior.
Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Economics/Administration or Management, Finance or any related field; Additional Certifications are a plus.
2. At least 03 years’ Experience in relevant industry, Proven experience in similar roles, preferably in a natural resources/renewable energy sector.
3. Have good Command on any Software skills.
4. Proficient in English, and Chinese speakers will be preferred.
5. Familiar with Financial Payments and Statistics, Procurement Process,
6. Contracts and Vendor Management, Negotiation and Purchasing.
   Tharparkar or nearby residents will be given to priority
