We are looking for an Area Retail Manager to lead and grow our retail presence in: Hyderabad, Sukkur, Rahim Yar Khan, Mardan, Peshawar, Karachi, Bahawalpur, Gujranwala

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly targets across key retail shops.
Market Insights: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to shape strategies.
Inventory Management: Ensure optimal stock levels, minimize shortages, and maximize sales potential.
Brand Standards: Maintain company visibility through OOH, POSM, demo units, and retail shop merchandising.
Promotions: Plan and manage promotional campaigns to drive sales and ROI.
Retailer Training: Train and support retailers on product features and key selling points.
Operations & Reporting: Conduct store visits, monitor performance, and report on market insights.
🎯 Requirements:
Proven experience in retail management or sales (preferably in mobile phones or FMCG).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple locations and drive results under pressure.
💰 Salary Range: 70K – 100K
