WE’RE LOOKING FOR TERRITORY SALES OFFICER

Location: Rawalpindi

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The rudiments of smashing your sales goals are right before your eyes… so unleash your creativity! Remember that relationships with the account distributors are the foundation of your work and you want more than just surface-level relationships—No more cool handshakes… You want this to be long-lasting and meaningful. Make sure you have your ear too the ground on what the competition is doing and where the market is heading—no one enjoys being surprised.

Take risks if you see opportunities! Make those promotions work hard–make the brand look its best—half the win is how shopping appears—trust me and just remember that. Get senior leadership involved regularly—send them updates, insight, and the real numbers—no fluff but listing only pirates! This needs to be tracked as many metrics as possible to determine what’s happening. Oh, and keeping in touch with the inventory regularly with your distributors. Make sure nothing runs out when people are finally interested in shopping.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Territory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the market dynamics in the assigned
