Turnotech is seeking a Project Manager – Managed Services who will be fully responsibility for projects, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong management abilities, leadership skills, and a proven ability to independently manage.telecom/managed services projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be completely accountable for managed services projects (telco & non-telco) and all third parties (vendors and service partners)
  Manage and work with customer escalations and drive communication transparency to the customer
  Make sure there is strict adherence to the target KPIs and SLAs
  Work with cross functional teams (NOC/field teams, vendors, technical support) to ensure on time deliverables and service outcomes.
• Identifying risks, anticipating outages and escalations, and managing to resolution within the time lines you agreed to.
  Make sure project delivery costs, cash, and project, are within budgeted limits and are being Managed on all areas of the project life cycle.
  Manage all aspects of the project to be the single point of contact for all project risks/issues for the project, including but not limited to, planned/prioritized technical delivery, quality of service, EHS, HR, administration, logistics, collections.
  Standardized delivery and reporting creates operational efficiencies.
  Plan and deliver external and internal project updates, dashboards, and project summaries provided to clients and stakeholders.

Job Location: Lahore

Requirements:

• Must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology or similar related field. 7 to 10 years management experience in Managed Services/Telecom, managing 150 or more field resources. Proven capable of independently managing project with full accountability for outcome, both success and failure.
