ROLE OVERVIEW: Join H. Nizam Din & Sons Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in textile manufacturing, and play a key role in ensuring world-class quality standards for global customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make sure every single production and quality step actually matches up with what NIZAM wants—plus, gotta tick all those boxes for the buyers, too. Jump in and run both inline and end-line inspections; the goal? Nail it the first time, not on the third redo.

  Work side by side with the Production squad, IE folks, and PD crew to crank up efficiency, but come on, don’t let quality take a nosedive. Bring Lean or Six Sigma into the mix—continuous improvement isn’t just a buzzword, it’s the game plan.

  Coach and hype up the team. It’s all about making quality not just a checkbox but a legit part of the culture. Oh, and don’t forget: stay ready for those buyer audits and the dreaded third-party inspections. No one likes surprises on audit day.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Alright, here’s the real talk version:

  Got a bachelor’s in Textile, Industrial Engineering, or maybe Quality Management? Sweet. You’ve been grinding in the apparel or textile QA game for, what, 5 to 8 years? Bonus points if you’ve wrangled denim and dealt with those picky international brands.

  You know your way around a sewing machine, can spot a botched wash job from a mile away, and finishing? Please. You’ve got garment quality parameters basically tattooed on your brain.

  Lean, Six Sigma? Yup, that’s in your toolbox. You’re the go-to for root cause witch hunts and can rattle off KPIs—DHU, RFT, AQL—before your first coffee.

  Oh, and leading a crew? Communicating with the suits and the shop floor? Solving problems when things hit the fan? That’s basically your Tuesday.
