BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for a “Management Trainee” in their Strategy Department.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Business or equivalent
Experience: 0-1 years of relevant experience
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Alright, so here’s the deal: you’ll be right in the thick of things, helping turn those big, dreamy company goals into stuff people can actually get done—like, real action steps and deadlines that don’t just live in PowerPoint limbo. You’ll also be poking around for fresh business ideas—maybe it’s starting up local production, maybe it’s launching a new product, or even adding some extra bells and whistles to what we already offer. Basically, if there’s a shiny new opportunity on the horizon, you’ll be part of the squad figuring out if it’s worth chasing.
It will also be a requirement to assist in reporting that capture the takeaways for teams to internally. Data collection, analysis of market trends, customer preferences, and product performance will also be part of the role. Also assisting in competitive analysis, keeping a keen eye on competitor activity to assess pricing, product offerings, and marketing strategies aimed at identifying market opportunities and threats.
