At least 8–10 years of production management experience in cereals, pasta, or FMCG manufacturing.
BSc. in Chemical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage daily operations of cereals & pasta production lines, ensuring volume, quality, cost, and efficiency targets are achieved.
Monitor and improve OEE, line productivity, and yield while driving continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO, and food safety standards, coordinating with QA to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
Optimize resources including raw materials, packaging, energy, and manpower while maintaining production records and dashboards.
Lead, train, and evaluate production teams, enforce workplace safety standards, and implement corrective/preventive actions for deviations.
