Responsibilities include:

• Train, coach, and develop dealer personnel to improve product knowledge and salesmanship. Manage dealer / regional marketing and lead generation activities to generate traffic and sales. Implement, define, and regularly evaluate key performance indicators (KPI’s) and report performance to the senior management team.
• Direct and execute the regional sales plan to achieve and exceed the objectives of the Toyota Sure business.
