We Are HIRING Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Create sales strategy and marketing plans to realize the sales and profitability goals of your company.
Development and implementation of associated Plans/Objectives to meet Zone/Area wise Primary/Secondary Sales and Product/Packages Availability Objectives.
Conducting normal Market Visits to observe/monitor adherence to the established objectives/plans and to ensure mobile to achieve desired objectives and develop strong relationship with the present and prospect dealers.
Collecting market intelligence related to Market Share, Trends, Analysis, Availability, Competition Activity etc. and communicating it to upper management in a timely and accurate manner to facilitate reporting and controls.
Supervise/ensure the proper injection/placement and effective utilization of Company’s Assets in the market e.g. Coolers, Glass, Shell, Signage etc.
Distribution Management to ensure proper execution of sales operations, ROI, KPI’s, GTM, Inventory Management.
