EXECUTIVE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT (HOME TEXTILE)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the PD team in managing the full product development process for home textiles.
• Work with design, merchandising, and production teams to develop samples on time.
• Help in understanding buyer needs and developing applicable product specifications for them.
• Monitor where materials are sourced from, approved sample usage, and changes to product changes.
• Keep documentation on development, timelines, communication with other departments.
• Have a keen awareness of trends in the U.S. market designs and developments relating to buyer needs to maintain development.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in home textile product development, preferably for the U.S. market.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of PD processes and textile product specifications.
• Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple development tasks.
