ASSISTANT MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER – QUALITY ASSURANCE

Looking for resource who can accomplish the following responsibilities:

Quality standards and systems are to be implemented across Site operations without compromise.
Customer specifications approval will be ensured through continuous monitoring of in-process inspections and product quality.
Quality audits, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) will be the responsibility of the lead.
Continuous improvement initiatives will be created by collaborating with production and engineering teams.
QA documentation, reports, and customer quality records will be handled properly.
Supplier quality improvement will be the main focus, and NPD quality checks will be an area where support will be given.

Qualification & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Strong knowledge of QA tools
Works independently but also a good team player.
Action oriented, strong sense of urgency.
Good written & verbal communication.
Command over MS Office.

Experience:

4–7 years of experience in automotive textile manufacturing or related industries.
