We’re Hiring: Manager – Procurement (Accessories – Printing Items)

We’re on the lookout for a Manager – Procurement (Accessories – Printing Items) to lead our printing accessories category with strategic sourcing, strong vendor partnerships, and operational excellence.

📍 Location: Karachi

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Assume responsibility for the complete procurement of printing-related accessories namely labels, hangtags, stickers, bands, and other packaging materials.
🔹 Work together with the design and manufacturing teams for the approvals of the artwork and layout.
🔹 Create a strong and compliant supplier network that is not only well-aligned with the company and customer standards but also maintained.
🔹 Ensure the achievement of both cost efficiency and quality assurance through effective negotiation and sourcing strategies.
🔹 Manage the vendors and the stock in a way that the On-Time In-Full (OTIF) deliveries are made.
🔹 Conduct the procurement team members who will be held accountable for the delivery of excellence and the practice of continuous improvement.
🔹 Put into operation the process enhancements that will be in support of the sustainability and innovation goals.

What We’re Looking For:

6–8 years of procurement experience with accessories or printing highly recommended. Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Excellent vendor management, negotiation and analysis skills. Prior experience in the textile or packaging industry will be considered as an advantage.
