Qualification	Experience
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (preferred) and fashion Designing.	3 to 4 years in visual merchandising with retail Sector.
Skills
Creativity and aesthetic sense, retail and fashion trend awareness, window and In-store display techniques, Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D software (required). Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Description:

Create and manage visual presentations that adhere to brand guidelines and change according to seasons.
Plan and carry out store layouts that will not only make the products more visible but also will attract more customers to the store.
Do audits often so that you can be sure that the visual merchandising is in line with the company’s guidelines.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales departments to make sure that the displays are in line with the promotion and launch of new products.
Keep an eye on the latest developments in the market and analyze what the competitors are doing so that the company can make the right strategic decisions.
Keep track of visual merchandising activities and report daily as scheduled.
Make daily visits to stores within the city, spending half a day at headquarters and half a day at retail locations.
