IN-CHARGE SAP REPORTING

FF Steel, a leading Grade 60 Steel Bars manufacturer, having large-scale production units in Lahore & Peshawar is seeking applications from talented, passionate and energetic professionals for their IT department at Head Office.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a similar area is required, along with more than 3 years of experience in SAP B1, SQL and Crystal Reports included.
• Thorough knowledge of SAP B1 modules (Sales, Inventory, Finance, etc.) is expected.
• Database structure and query optimization are the areas where the candidate needs to have a good understanding.
• The candidate should possess a problem-solving mindset along with the capability to cooperate with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• The person hired will be responsible for the development and optimization of reports using SQL, Crystal Reports, and SAP B1 tools.
• They are also expected to analyze and improve business functions taking place in the SAP B1 system.
• Besides that, one will wrestle with the end-users to finalize their requests and problems related to reporting and systems.
• Data must be accurate and consistent across all modules, and it is the responsibility of the person hired to ensure this.
• The logic of reports and process improvements will be documented.
• Also, monitoring of scheduled reports and background jobs will be done.
• Finally, all documentation regarding custom reports, queries, and process improvements will be maintained.
