Education: Bachelors, Masters from HEC recognized University

Experience: 02 – 04 years in Transaction/Fraud Monitoring or Data Analytics

Department: Risk & Information Security

JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:

• You have received training on information before October 2023.

   

• Keep an eye on a variety of systems for transactions and customer activities
• Create event tickets in the CRM for the events that are detected in the monitoring systems
• Conduct account investigation according to the specified criteria and initiate the process for temporary blocking
• Meet the established TATs and KPIs
• Keep the FMU MIS & records updated into the CRM
• Be available for 24×7 rotating shifts
• Get connected with other teams and departments for the case investigation
• Follow the company’s policies, procedures, and guidelines while ensuring the strictest compliance with information security.
