JOB DESCRIPTION

All the questions/complaints concerning the above matters related to academics have to be resolved by campuses/NWAs (about the quality of DLPs, SOWs, exam papers, etc.).Professional development programs (internal/external training sessions) for School Heads and teachers will be managed and organized.The quality of education will be lifted by developing and implementing the curriculum; planning and organizing professional development programs for School Heads and teachers will be the main activities.Learning environment/resources accessibility will be assessed and customer satisfaction will be maintained.Collaboration with the Head Office Academics team in developing and giving feedback on Academic material (curriculum/publication/DLPs/readers, etc.) will be assisted.The Region will be supported in the evaluation of the schools to guarantee customer satisfaction.
