We’re looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our team as Area Sales Managers. The role involves leading sales and distribution operations, managing key accounts, and driving business growth in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
Control and enlarge the coverage of area sales and distribution channels.
Guide the sales force in meeting the monthly and yearly goals.
Create and keep close ties with major customers and trade associates.
Watch the market trends, competitors’ actions and the performance of your area.
Make sure that the products are available, visible, and the payments are collected on time.
Deliver regular reviews of sales and performance analysis.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
4–6 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in FMCG or lubricants sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
