Position : PRODUCTION MANAGER

JOB REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related field

EXPERIENCE: 7+ years of progressive experience in cosmetics or personal care manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity

Oversee end-to-end production of personal care products ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards
Develop and execute production plans aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets
Lead and manage production teams to achieve output, quality, and cost objectives
Collaborate with R&D, QA/QC, Supply Chain, and Engineering for seamless production operations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost optimization and operational excellence
Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards and conduct regular safety audits and trainings
