𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and distribute them among order bookers according to the territories/areas in order to make sure that the product is distributed and available in the right amounts across all the outlets. Draw and deliver sales reports for each territory and category, examining the achievement of targets and KPIs to point out the gaps and opportunities. Control and supervise order bookers by checking their daily performance, teaching them sales tricks, and making sure they know everything about the company’s products, trade schemes, and resources needed for success.Create and nurture strong connections with distributors, making sure that business objectives, stock availability, service levels, and company’s standards are all in synchronicity. Handle sales and forecasting budgets in a way that informed decisions are made which will focus on maximizing revenue, controlling costs and, thus, driving profitable growth for the allocated territory.
