Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝗚𝗥𝗡 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 for its 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞.

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Mehran Town, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

o Accurately enter Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Goods Receipts (GR), Transfer Orders (TO), and Transfer Issues (TI) in the ERP system.
o Record and verify supplier bills and related transactions in Microsoft Dynamics AX.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date data of inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
o Coordinate with the procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely and correct data entries.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

o Education: Intermediate.
o 1–2 years of relevant experience in warehouse or supply chain data entry.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP software.
o Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and record management skills.
