We are hiring!
Sefam is looking for Data Analyst for its Purchase department in Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:
· Prepared reports for the procurement department including, among others, Pending Item Reports, Item wise saving reports, monthly procurement analysis.
· Created payment plan according to Budget allocated by Accounts department.
· Conducted vendor Ledger reconciling.
· Settled any invoice conflicts with either vendor or accounts department e.g. Tax etc.
· Payment Plan implementation according to Budget Plan allocated.
· Market visits for Self-accountability (Purchasers) regarding Pricing, Vendor’s Credibility and negotiating.
· ERP enhancement (Purchase Module) e.g. Recommend and assist in problem-solving with S-Track related to Reporting.
