JOINT MANAGER CLAIMS COORDINATOR – CORPORATE DIVISION

QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s / Master’s (Business, Finance, or Insurance)

EXPERIENCE 2 to 4 Years

POSITION 1

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Assure that all claims are processed on time and give details about the policy and co-insurer.
• Work together with clients and brokers to keep them informed about the status of their claims and to get the required documentation.
• Create monthly statements of claims, loss ratios and reports.
• Manage client inquiries, assist with audits and ISO implementation.
