POSITION: ASSISTANT MANAGER LICENSING

DEPARTMENT: FLIGHT SERVICES

LOCATION: KARACHI

QUALIFICATION: BACHELOR’S DEGREE FROM AN HEC-RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY. EXPERIENCE: 6-9 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Experience as Cabin Crew (CC) or Lead Cabin Crew (LCC) can be an asset. Experience in a supervisory position can also be an asset. Strong knowledge of the PCAA requirements and licensing procedures. Strong skill and/or experience using Microsoft Excel that would assist with the licensing of new employees can be an asset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensuring that Pakistan CAA requirements are followed in all licensing and documentation matters. Ensuring crew licenses, variations, and regulatory paperwork are prepared, submitted, and renewed on time. Building and maintaining good working relationships with the PCAA personnel and coordinate PCAA licensing processes. Tracking expiration dates, complete scheduled training, & initiating timely upload to the company systems.
