Artistic Milliners, a world-renowned innovator in denim, is seeking a future-oriented electrical professional to lead our power and maintenance function. This pivotal role is responsible for the ongoing supply of manufacturing power in order to be energy efficient and internationally compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee electrical duties across unit/complex to provide uptime and production sustainability.
• Coordinates preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment life.
• Provides troubleshooting and repairs on high voltage equipment, PLC equipment, and automated systems.
• Administers initiatives to manage energy consumption by watching power generation, distribution, and energy-
• saving programs to remove cost and promote sustainability.
• Plans infrastructure upgrades for substations and distribution networks and has backups.
• Ensures compliance on all safety practices, electrical codes, and environmental laws.
• Develops and mentors engineering personnel to establish a high-performance and safety culture.
• Works with production and utilities on new construction and upgrade processes.
• Owns the maintenance budget, tracks KPIs and reports results to leadership.

Qualification: BSc / BE in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).

Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of relevant field experience.
