o Develop, implement, and enforce robust Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations
o Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and facility inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
o Lead incident investigation and root cause analysis, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
o Organize and deliver safety training programs (fire drills, first-aid, emergency response) to ensure company-wide preparedness.
o Supervise all aspects of physical security, including access control systems, CCTV systems and security staff.
o Manage and coordinate activities with external security agencies and engage with local authorities.
o Create and implement Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery processes.
o Lead and manage administrative services including Facilities management, transport services, catering and office services.
o Ensure that the office supplies, vendor contracts, and service agreements are cost-effective.
o Supervise the maintain of all facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
o Supervise the departments budget, forecasts and expenditures
Requirements:
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
o Bachelorโs degree in Occupational Safety, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree or professional credentials, such as NEBOSH, CSP or CPP are a strong plus).
o A minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience managing the combined functions of Safety, Security, and Administration, in a manufacturing/industrial or large corporate setting is preferred.
o Comprehensive knowledge of HSE laws, security practices and administrative best practices.
o Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with security/safety management software.
o Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.

Make sure the office runs smoothly (with a little bit of craziness)โessentially, deal with the day-to-day business, and nothing should burn down. Order supplies before everyone starts to hoard pens and make sure you have some left for the next worker. And donโt let the coffee run out. Deal with the facilities stuffโlike cleaning, fixing, the AC when it wonโt go off during July, and making sure no one is sitting in a broken chair. And if something is brokenโhelp to fix it (or call IT if it starts buzzing or blinking). Youโll be the person everyone comes to with random questions (likeโwhere is my ID?, who is sitting at my desk?, who is in charge of picking people up?, etc). You will coordinate hotel and travel arrangements so no one has to sleep at the airport.
If someone has a request for you, donโt just let it sitโkeep track of it, ask someone for help, and if you know it canโt be fixed yell at the person who knew there was a problem at the beginning. Save all the receipts and documents for everything that was purchased (so thereโs no mystery charges). “Be aware of the rules, follow the rules, and keep reminding all others, lest we slip into chaos. Also, you have to keep an eye on health, safety, and security–nobody wants to be surprised by a fire drill, or for someone’s laptop to go missing (again).”

- ย A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years of experience working in office administration, facilities administration, or an equivalent job.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and your prior position utilized some combination of basic record keeping/reporting tools.
- ย Knowledge of processes related to health, safety and security in an office environment would be an asset.
