BIM Coordinator

Trojan General Contracting

BIM Coordinator

Company: Trojan General Contracting
Location: UAE

Alright, Trojan General Contracting’s on the hunt for a BIM Coordinator who actually knows their stuff. You’d be joining their Technical Team (yep, the one that keeps everything from exploding) within the Trojan Construction Group. This gig isn’t just pushing buttons in Revit—it’s a heavy-duty, cross-discipline role. You gotta play nice with the MEP, structural, architectural, civil, and precast folks. Oh, and it’s all about the big-league Oil & Gas projects all over the UAE. No pressure.

What you’d actually be doing:

– Whip up and wrangle BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDP). You know, the paperwork everyone pretends to read.
– Take the lead on model federation, CDE setup, attribute coordination, and Material Take-Offs (MTO). Basically, make sure everyone’s singing from the same hymn sheet.
– Handle clash detection and QA/QC like a pro. Also, roll your sleeves up for some 4D/5D BIM integration because, apparently, time and money matter.
– Deliver as-built models that are actually accurate (not just “close enough”).
– Hook up the engineering and construction teams with models and reports so clear even your grandma could follow.

What you need:

– At least 8 years wrangling BIM, preferably with some Oil & Gas war stories.
– You live and breathe Revit, Navisworks, and SP3D. If you have to Google those, this ain’t for you.
– Solid experience in herding cats—aka multi-discipline project coordination and technical delivery.

Sound like your kind of chaos? Trojan wants to hear from you—assuming you can find the CDE without asking for directions.
