· Creation of all marketing actions like campaigns, product launches, promotions, and in-store activation.
· Creation of annual marketing calendars and budgets.
· Coming up with ideas for business development, doing it together with team members and implementing the plans.
· Monitoring competition and evaluating industry and market trends to produce reports that include brand performance, sales, and all marketing projects.
· Customer research with strong supervision to identify the right customer and the wrong customer region wise, and then acquire new customers and retain the existing ones.
· Conduct market research to know the brand’s position and its customers’ preferences.
· Working side by side with the sales team to get their input and comprehension of the launch and campaign stages.
· Assess the outputs of marketing campaigns and efforts, compiling reports and suggesting actions to enhance
· Following and scrutinizing the trends in market share, sales, and rivals.
· Sponsoring and participating in the initiatives to ensure sales growths within budgeted limits.
· Conduct research and share the findings with the merchandising team to attract and win over the right customer.
