BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for a “Management Trainee” in their Strategy Department.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Business or equivalent

Experience: 0-1 years of relevant experience

Location: Head Office, Karachi

The incumbent will help facilitate the annual strategic planning process by helping to translate the company’s long-term objectives into actionable steps and timelines. Assist in researching and evaluating new business opportunities, including local production, new product lines, or value-added services.

Additional responsibilities entail assisting with feasibility studies for new projects, which involves data gathering and assisting with market analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessments. Keeping abreast of governmental policy, industry regulations, and import/export regulations that may affect the automotive industry, and assist in summarizing insights that may be helpful for internal teamsCollecting and analyzing data about market trends, consumer preferences, and product performance. Conducting competitive analysis by documenting competitor activity, pricing, product offerings, and marketing strategies to identify market opportunities or risks.
