Job Position – Cement Sales Administrative Assistant

A leading building materials company is hiring!

Location: Dubai

Under the direct supervision of the Cement Commercial Director, the role is to provide administrative support to the sales team.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Prepare quotation as per customer specification and job site on SAP CRM.
• Manage customer relations and communication (get customer delivery orders by phone, email or SMS).
• Prepare online export documents in English.
• Coordinate with laboratory/sales team & customer regarding OPC & GGBS test certificate.
• Coordinate with operation team regarding jumbo bag cases.
• Coordinate ISO re: Monthly KPI report
• Prepare various sales report (accumulative monthly sales report/submittals/sales report analysis, sales team performance report, web leads summary report, rejected quotation reports, among others).
• Receive and record customer issues/complaints and endorse them to sales team for resolutions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education / Professional Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field; Sales & marketing experience is an advantage.
• English language proficiency is a must (Hindi & Arabic language is an advantage)

Job Specific Competencies /Operational Knowledge:
•  Proficient in computer skills – Word/Excel/PowerPoint and SAP.
•  Skilled in database scrubbing, analysis, retrieval and lookup.
•  Understands internal & external customer requirements.
