JOB SUMMARY: To ensure smooth operations and maximum productivity to achieve sales objectives of department through accurate inventory control, adherence to merchandising standards, good personnel management and development.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

One of the primary responsibilities of the department manager is to assure good sales performances of his department. He keeps his team posted on the particular sales methods that they may have to work on. He plays the vital part of observing the inventory. He decreases the losses caused by spoilage and damage by proper handling of products & making sure of strict adherence to the FIFO method. He places orders in ample quantities so as to not disappoint the customers.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

• Minimum Intermediate/Preferred Graduate
• 4+ years of experience on similar role in retails industry.
• Sales & Inventory Management.
• Customer Services.
• People Management.
• Communication Skills
