WE’RE HIRING Executive – Engineering

JOB Summary:

Accountable for the achievement and delivery of O&M objectives and KPIs within the agreed time, cost & quality, and to instruct the (civil/electrical/interior/plumbing/HVAC) technicians about the completion of works based on company goals and objectives.

Responsibilities :

• To execute management (existing) including planning, organizing, scheduling & execution.
• To supervise and administer the workers in the course of execution.
• To carry out correspondence in accordance with implementation/procuring equipment for cost reduction & quality improvement.
• To define the timeline for maintenance and ensure maintenance is completed in a timely manner.
• To define the quality standards of maintenance and ensure work has been completed to the quality standards stated.
• To carryout risk assessment and manage all documentation regarding O&M.
• To monitor suppliers/sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.

Qualification & skills:

• DAE Electrical/Mechanical, preferably B-Tech
• 3+ years of experience in similar capacity
• Management & technical skills
• Good communication & problem solving skills
