WE ARE HIRING Sr. Officer IT Help Desk
Requirements:
- Monitor and manage IT support tickets using the ticketing system.
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist users with password resets, account access, and basic troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT teams.
- Maintain records of issues and solutions for future reference.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT support requests to minimize downtime.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, and troubleshooting.
Education:Minimum Graduation
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. More experience preferred in the denim textile industry.
