JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and execute powerful sales tactics that will lead to reaching sales goals.
• Sales performance tracking with regular report providing on the accomplishment and improvement areas.
• Establish and foster close ties with major clients and internal partners.
• Salesmen will be given training and support for improving their performance.
• Conformity with the rules set by the company and the regulations of the industry is guaranteed.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Strong knowledge of the market, with existing relationships in the industry being a plus.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics in the FMCG sector.
• Food services experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
