Key Accountabilities

• To effectively oversee operations, production planning implementation and team management.
• To implement WCM and ISO management systems.
• To effectively manage production stocks/ supplies.
• Ability to positively influence EHS culture through ongoing, continuous improvement plans.
• To implement new projects / initiatives (quality, waste, efficiency, etc.).

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• B.Sc. Chemical & Polymer Engineering with 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Tools related to GMPs, WCM (RCA, Why-why, 5W1H, time and motion study etc.)
• Must have good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to lead and engage.
• Problem solving and data analytics
