We’re Hiring – Institutional Sales Executive
📍 Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi

We are seeking a young and driven professional to lead our Institutional Sales for our leading confectionery brand. Managing end-to-end sales and collaborations with corporate clients, educational institutions, and HoReCa are part of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute institutional sales and marketing plans.
• Identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with corporate clients.
• Manage BTL activations, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in B2B / institutional sales (FMCG preferred).
• Prior exposure to e-commerce, partnerships, or corporate gifting
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
