Job Position – Document Controller

Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain and update all project-related documents, including drawings, reports, contracts, and correspondence.
-Ensure documents are correctly labelled, categorized, and stored for easy retrieval.
-Implement and enforce document control procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
-Regularly update and synchronize site documentation with the head office document control system.
-Receive, review, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents to relevant stakeholders.
-Ensure timely submission of reports, RFIs, transmittals, and other required documents.
-Utilize electronic document management systems (EDMS) for efficient tracking and retrieval.
-Prepare and maintain logs of issued and received documents.
