Electropolymers Private Limited is looking to hire a “Deputy Manager Production.”

Responsibilities:

-Create plans for replenishment and track departmental performance to guarantee a good production flow and adherence to standards. -Direct production activities in order to achieve monthly targets consistently and at the same time keep quality standards high.-Check daily production and inventory reports so that production goals are executed on time. -Apply 5S methods and be a driving force for the improvement of the department’s processes. -Work in partnership with other departments to come up with solutions for operational difficulties and find the best way to implement them.

Requirements:

– A Bachelor’s in Polymer, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
– 5-7 years of production or manufacturing experience, injection molding or automotive industry would be the best place for that.
– Good track record in team leadership and production operations management.
– Great in analyzing, solving problems, and making decisions, with practical involvement in improvement of processes and OEE monitoring.
– Very good in leadership and communication and able to work very good with others in different departments.
