Mezaelle
Executive Assistant Jobs In Dubai
Alright, here’s the deal: Mezaelle’s been shaking up the personal development scene since 2016. We’re not rookies either—the team’s got 25+ years of serious experience, and, no joke, we’ve helped thousands of people flip their lives around. It’s not your average “let’s read an inspirational quote and meditate” type gig. We’re talking real change, real people, and a community that’s actually present.
And now? We’re growing fast and looking for a rockstar Executive Assistant.
What You’ll Actually Do:
Right in the eye of the storm, the Executive Assistant is basically the glue that keeps everything (and everyone) together. You’ll be juggling between making sure the CEO’s life runs smoother than a Spotify playlist, keeping the office chaos-free, and getting stuff done before anyone even realizes they needed it.
Your Mission (should you choose to accept):
1. Day-to-Day Chaos Taming
– You’ll run the CEO’s calendar like an air traffic controller: meetings, flights, events, even family stuff.
– Organize days and weeks—think checklists, reminders, priorities, all that jazz.
– Mastermind travel plans, bookings, and, yes, sometimes wrangling last-minute changes.
2. Executive & Ops Backup
– Prep, proof, and polish documents before they go out—no embarrassing typos on your watch.
– Run point on internal and external events: one day it’s a conference, the next it’s a retreat in the desert. Sometimes you’re there, sometimes you’re the puppet master from afar.
– Handle random requests like “Hey, can you get this signed?” or “Can you intro me to so-and-so?”
3. Admin & Personal Life Ninja
– Treat confidential documents and personal responsibilities like a vault—keep it quiet.
– Maintain the CEO’s personal life—it’s logistics, bookings, nutrition, lifestyle improvements; whatever is in play.
– Communicate to service providers, vendors, and other parties that are keeping things operational.
Your Required Skills:
– Actual Skills – Grown-Up Stuff:
– A wizard with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and all other digital tools.
– Planning, multi-tasking and prioritizing – you are basically a Swiss Army knife.
– You write and present ideas clearly – i.e. no rambling, no fluff.
– You’ve done this before – it’s not new for you to have worked with execs or high powered people.
– You speak and write French and English like a native (or really close!).
Personality — The Secret Sauce:
– You’ve got high standards, you work on your own steam, and people trust you with the good stuff.
– Fast on your feet, responsive, you don’t freak out when things get wild.
– Discreet, loyal, service-driven, and you catch the tiny details most people miss.
– You can take feedback without sulking—and actually level up from it.
– You “get” the 24/7 vibe of a CEO who’s always on the move.
The Nitty-Gritty:
– Full-time gig, Dubai-based only (no, you can’t do this from Bali).
– Sometimes you’ll need to travel for events or retreats. Pack your bag.
– You’ll spend a lot of time with the CEO—in the office, at coworking spots, even on the road.
– It’s a hybrid job: business AND personal support, sometimes after hours (yep, evenings or weekends happen).
– Boundaries are clear—your role is defined, so you’re not just the “catch-all” person.
– To make sure everyone’s on the same page, we’ve got a system:
— Weekly or monthly check-ins (you prep these, not us).
— Metrics tracked: CEO happiness, deadlines, how you handle curveballs, how smooth things feel, mistakes (hey, they happen), and reporting quality.
It’s all about honest feedback and keeping the bar high.
Why You’ll Truly Care About This Role:
– You’re a dream job—the CEO’s right-hand man, confidant, and everything crucial. It’s more than bringing coffee.
– You’ll be working with a team that is ambitious, people-centered, and actually inspiring— no fluff there.
– Every detail matters, every job is different, and what you do actually makes a difference to people’s lives. How You Get In:
– Fill out the form (yep, we read them).
– Video interview with our recruitment crew.
– Take-home case study (show us what you got).
– Final boss interview.
